Pricing Policy for Inactive Customers

All customers receive copies of tax returns and other required and relevant information or documents. All original documents are returned on a regular basis. Upon termination, all remaining original documents are returned. So, please note, that upon terminiation of services all files are immediately archived. If an inactive customer requests copies of any of these documents or information, there will be an administrative charge of no less than one hour at the firm's standard hourly rate plus out of pocket charges for printing, photocopies, supplies, postage, etc. Such fees are payable in advance of receipt of the materials requested. The current standard hourly rate for this service is $475.00.

Privacy Policy

During the delivery of services, you share your personal information with the firm. Protecting your privacy is important. State and federal lasw, and the standards of the CPA profesion, pledge the firm to keep your imformation confidential. So, no information about you will be disclosed to third parties unless you provide written approval of the firm is required by a legal authority to divulge the information. This applies to both active and inactive customers.

Your personal information is stored in a secure space or on a secure conputer or with a secure Internet storage service. When personal information is no longer needed, it is shredded (cross cut), erased or destroyed. Shredded paper is sent to a recycling facility.
