• Brenda is a certified public accountant with over 20 years experience working with small and closely held businesses. She has taken highly specialized training in business performance services.
• Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University
• Community involvement includes serving as speaker coordinator for the Santa Barbara Women's CPA Lunch Group.
• Outside interests include cooking, fine dining, mini vacations to Las Vegas, movies, and Sudoku.

Gerry Richter

• Firm Administrator
• Gerry is a commercial fisherman specializing in catching pacific red snapper using gear that is non-threatening to the environment. In his spare time, he helps out with various administrative duties for the firm.
• Community involvement includes serving in th federal Groundfish Advisory Panel and related panels and committees.
• Outside interests include making margaritas, grilling steaks, mini vacations to Las Vegas, and a diverse interest in music.
